Breaking News - Close Associate of Bin Laden Surrenders

Breaking News on CNN.com details soon. Maybe Bin Laden will surrender next ? I hope he does.

Is this the beginning of Al-qaeda 'captures' in the run up to the election? Osama won't arrive until around November, if any time at all.

OBL "arrives" in October. Almost 100% positive.

Curious thing about this report, is how it dovetails with some speculation from January that bin Laden was captured inside Iran near the Afghan/Iranian border region.

Did this guy turn himself in because bin Laden was already in custody?

Hey wait a minute Khaled al-Harbi is not supposed to have legs, according to what the Saudi's said when they identified him in the post 9/11 video with OBL and this picture on the CNN link shows the guy in the wheel chair WITH LEGS.

The Saudi government said al Harbi, about 38 or 39, fought with bin Laden against the Soviets in Afghanistan in the 1980s. Saudi officials believe al-Harbi returned to the battlefield in the mid-1990s, joining up with al Qaeda and losing at least one of his legs in combat.

Holy #, the Bush Administration screwed up! They want the people to think they are doing good by bringing a guy in, but they screwed up cause the non Bushies know the guy can't count to 2 on his legs. Gee, I wonder who the will be next. Some guy supposedly close to Osama that surprisingly looks like Brad Pitt?

Don't worry they will probably cut off his legs next time you see him on the news

And if he does get captured well then sounds to me like we did exactly what we set out to do, Relieve this world of the demented vermin.

There are a lot of "conspiracy theorist" that fabricate obtuse analogies conveying their thoughts and fantasies of the "cleaver and deceptive tactics" of the Bush Administration to decieve us in a grand scheme. Then these same half wits would have you believe that they would overlook a small detail like "no legs".

im confused... this guy is in a wheelchair, so maybe one/both of his legs are prosthetic?
