Is Really Above Top Secret real?

when i try to www.abovetopsecret.com..., I always get a 404 error. I'm wondering whether its a joke, or if it works sometimes.

It does work, you just need 200 or more posts to view it.

I believe you have to earn enough points in order to gain access? I remember having access to it years ago and it wasn't anything special... Maybe times have changed, but if it's anything like it was 3 or so years ago, you're not missing much.

I'm able to view it... I remember ages ago "paying" points to see it... but that would have expired months ago so I guess it's based on posts now?

Yeah as per above post's you need 200 post's to access it...

Dont worry to much, the majority of post's are posted in the main forums so dont worry that your missing out. The only real difference is that when you post something in there, it wont turn up on search engines; eg Google, it also doesnt show up on the ATS boards, such as new or popular topics...

Yes it's real, but like BTS it is best not to go there....

It seems kind of weird that you gain access by merely posting 200 times. It seems logical that people would begin posting a bunch of crud (albeit half-serious so they don't get in trouble with mods) just to gain access.

Plus, by adding the next layer, it would almost certainly only be a matter of time until the Really, Really, Super-Secret Above Top Secret website would be out.

The forum is a 'member with minimum post' forum as it used to require 'points' to gain access. The reason for the point/post requirement is that it is a forum that does not show up in google searches specifically...
