Well it seems he was saying that "others" also as in "in addition" to the U.S.
So yes, of course the U.S. has these capabilities.

Would they use them?

If so, they are in violation of a treaty, unless that treaty does not prohibit them using weapons on its
own citizens.

What do think?

Great memory, there. Thanks. So, by controlling most of the media, do you think that they can keep the news of escalating testing and maybe even battles from being reported? Do these news stations actually have their own satellites? I'm going to try to look that up when I finish work here.

As well as ultimately being in charge of making up data if they wanted to for any reason. Want corn to skyrocket? Just feed them data that the summers are going to be cold and muggy.

And yes...that sure would be one way to manipulate what's left of the world's commodities,

I'm sure it will mitigate the damage to his financial situation.
