Rogue Factions of the Middle East -- Last Hope to Fight the NWO?

My theory, albeit flawed, and not fully concieved, I believe is a large plausibility, backed up by the Bush administrations blatant use the 'cause' of events to sponsor the 'effect' of gaining public support for things that seemed outraegous otherwise. My idea, brevity applied, is that 9/11 was the proverbial spring board to the war 'on terror', which was desirable by the NWO in part that such a war against groups like Al-Qaeda and the Taliban because they pose a threat. In essence, were the # to hit the fan and countries begin enacting full martial law, these groups would stand at the forefront of resistance, a grop of dedicated, well funded, well armed warriors who refuse to accept rule from an outside source besides their deity. So, in a nutshell, the 'war on terror' is more like 'pre-emptive strike on our enemies'

Why are they 'our enemies'?

Is it because they are muslim?
Is it because the west cut up their lands?
Is it because their lands have been invaded by 'us'?
Is it because their western backed leaders are not improving their poor's life?
Is it the policies of the one-sided UN that does nothing except stand and watch?
