Anyone else see the two strange lights on Aljazeera news?

Hey,

About 5 mins ago Aljazeera was doing a phone link with a video of the city in the background.
It didnt say live above it so not sure if it was live.

A big bright light shot from behind the buildings into the sky off the screen.

Did anyone else see it?

Could it just be gunfire? (although it was a pretty big light!)

If the vid comes on the news again i shall record it on my camera and post it, or if any of you can rewind tv that could work!?

edit: i have just recorded it on my camera so i will upload and post it on youtube tomorrow and start a new thread.

Yes, I saw those - I think second if there was lightning - thunder coming...

Strange lights indeed.

Would like to see this - hope you get a screen shot. Was just thinking may it is a huge skylight and they had it turned towards the sky.

It was bright flash, I saw it two times... for sure. Something there was, possibly blue coloured flashes, very big size, like lightning strike. No question about that.

sorry i should of mentioned it was in Cairo.

The clip has just been on again and i recorded it.

I might just seen the same thing on sky news around 10 minutes ago.
Gunfire maybe?
I really don't know, but sky news just showed someone speaking, then in the background a very fast bright light flew toward the sky.

Yep! Al-Jazeera stream is broken here, I change to PressTV stream.

I excpect police operations to begin in few hours against protestors... Can not sleep, too concerned because of those, just few thousand people there, outside, without propper leadership and support organizations.

I won't be able to sleep either - I did manage to get the live stream back but they are only showing down on the square - no cams toward the sky.

There has just been reports of gunfire so this could explain it.

I shall still upload vid tomorrow though
