It's pretty simple and straightforward math.
Just because you don't like the answer to that math problem you launch these Ad Hominem attacks that are completely irrelevant.
It's called cognitive dissonance, when reality collides with you cherished beliefs, I guess reality doesn't stand a chance.

Since it's causing you so much grief take it up with them.

It's not much of a comparison. The rich are rich, and those who aren't rich are relatively well off in America. In other countries the rich are less rich, but the poor are plain screwed. The income inequity is misleading, for though the gap between the rich and poor is greater, the poor are still better off than in most countries where the gap is smaller.
