This is a revolution of a different kind.

You got that right.

It will be different.

No more is humanity stupid. More and more are educated, and had been asking questions and seeking for answers as they grow and watch their environment, with global interconnectiveness that was absent centuries earlier, and had awakened to what is needed to be done to ensure they and their loved ones achieve the common aspirations of Man despite our differences.

It had been far easier in our past to be hoodwinked, lied and cheated by our puppet political, religious and greedy corporate leaders. But not anymore. Today, they realized the awakened conciousness of the masses and are peeing in their pants. Their falsehoods can no longer hold or sustain, as lies and deceptions can never last for they are built upon stones of fantasy.

Many more of mankind are better awared of what needs to be done within societies to achieve aspirations in life such as peace, justice, prosperity, freedom, equality and progress for themselves and their loved ones without leaving anyone behind despite our differences based upon common grounds. Those are achievable aims and only needs the collective power of a motivated society.

With more population and thus more brain filled heads, labour and a resource rich planet, as well as stars nearby, we as a race will have far more ability to create a better future for all, than in the past where the selfish rich horde and protect their wealth and power by hindering and limiting our potential as a species that could have roam the universe far and wide long ago.

With the momentuam gained by revolutions, better constitutions will be created, either by theocracy or democracy, to achieve those aims. Should it falther, in time, another revolution will occur, but that time will be built upon the foundation stones of today's revolution for a better society.

The current status qou cannot remain and will no longer remain. It is only a matter of time before it collapses altogether when good men of all nationalities, religion and differences, band together as brothers to solve the woes of our world. It had alreay begun.....

How long did it take for the american revolution to simply fall back into the hands of corporations, and greed-obsessed individuals? not long at all.

America did NOT fall back into the hands of the corporations. The financier ruling class took some time to replace their monarchy front-men with corporations, and to legally define corporations as "persons."

...True, they did it. And true, we let it happen. But it took a bit longer than just overnight and this time around, hopefully, more people know more about the pitfalls.

The Freemasons/Illuminati/Ruling Families are testing the waters. They are seeing how far they can push certain governments to enrage the people to see the reactions. They wil modify their plans accordingly for each country, how to best use the police/security forces, military, food suplly and so on. TPTB are setting it all up and working BOTH sides, yes they have minions IN the crowd stirring the pot, if they didn't, they couldn't control it as they always have. It is up to each of us to look out for these plants and remove them like weeds from a garden.

I think you're giving TPTB a bit too much credit. Yes, they are working both sides, yes they stir the pot - yes, they are unbelievably absolutely adept at turning every event into an opportunity to use to their advantage.

But did they set this all up? ...I don't think so. I agree they're trying to work it, and that they have millenia of experience behind them to draw from - but I also think they're floundering a bit, out of the ordinary for them. Hence the current focus on "Intelligence" from the corporate military industry, and fear-mongering about Muslim "extremists."

Check out more of Al Jazeera's articles under the Anger in Egypt banner - brilliantly written, good old-fashioned real journalism. Don't forget to look at the pictures - young women without Burkas standing beside people of all ages.

Right, i just used commonly accepted words for what happened
That part of my post was not what this one considered important!

It certainly did take longer than overnight, but it still happened. Perhaps i wasnt viewing things in terms of a lifetime, but generations. In such terms, it happened quickly. But, regardless of how it happened or semantics, it happened. I feel the dangers are there for it to happen again. I am certain every single revolution felt they were "better" educated, "more" aware, etc so they would avoid the pitfalls that consumed the meaning behind every revolution in history.

It was a bit more of a rant than perhaps you were looking for, but this one is making his stand, until death. A revolution of this kind has never happened. However, just like all of the past revolutions, it will only take a strong few to change the world.

To answer the OP's question, you won't have to ask such a question if a global revolution starts.

A global revolution will be the single largest purge of the human race than ever contemplated. Revolution tends to upset local activities.

Local activities, would include farming, transportation, storage, processing, manufacturing or any number of elements needful for sustenance of a society.

As overpopulated as we are now, any - ANY - disruption in folks local portion of the sustenance process means the whole engine breaks down.

Starvation by billions in weeks.

Could be a good thing.

Nothing will be done. They will take power, the old guys will be killed, and we'll go on as we always have. I fail to see why one would say anarchy and chaos. It's quite functionally the opposite. A changing of the guards, with surprisingly peaceful directions.

You all act as if this is something new. It's happened many times. And it will happen again. Jefferson's dream is coming true.

Yea, no. Not only is the world not overpopulated, but the world is perfectly capable of surviving a complete shut down of government for a prolonged period of time. Locals know where food and water is and they WILL get to it. Maybe you'll see that kind of stuff in India. But that's about it. overall nothing would change. The governments would.

Agreed. Civilisation does not crumble overnight. By the time the rioting is over, people will hiding, growing, trading, and rebuilding.

I believe we are in the early stages of a global revolution, but things are moving quickly.
There is a "quantum" effect taking place.
Once upon a time, a person influenced another person or a small group. Over time the mass media came into play, and corporations molded human behavior on a large scale because these corporations spoke with essentially ONE voice. Then the internet came along, and the individual once again acquired a voice.
The voice of the individual empowered by the internet resonates with ALL individuals, but this is the KEY...the individuals are not looking to "unite" the world, just protect the values they hold dear.
Action follows, but the internet is the power behind this "quantum" effect. It is blowing up in a rapidly expanding way.
Unstoppable, until a resolution is reached. Or exhaustion. Or total isolation, in which case the objective of the "revolution"... NO NEW WORLD ORDER is still achieved because there is no world order at all.

LOL wait until you see the look on their face in about 15 years when they in fact end up with a democratic society which is ran by a bunch of elitest fat cats who ruin resources such as farm land, water, and other geoligical components. Wait until their rights have dominished into nothing but fancy clauses on paper that can be thrown out the window because of the many loop holes. Wait until you see the look on their faces when their lives are turned upside down by a corrupt judicial system. By the time america is done helping them get their democracy straight you just wait until you see the look on their face. I think the day is coming in the near future where the country with the most freedom will not be the United States Incorporated. Did anyone see the special on CNN tonight about North Carolina DSI Crime lab were in bed with law enforcement and prosecution teams to prosecute hundreds of innocent people for murders that they didn't commit for prosecution ratings. Woman who was arrested for using her ex-husbands address to send her kids to a better school. What about the man sentenced to 75 years for recording his day in court on audio tape. What about the couple arrested for growing potatoes in their basement in Canada? Thousands and thousands of cases such as these everyday are happening and yet we are a bunch of panzies who would never dare speak to our government the way the Egyptian people do theirs. We are weak and accept our oppression. We accept police brutality, we accept taxes for unlimited amounts of issues, we accept the possibility that we are only a sickness and day off away from financial disaster and eviction from our homes. JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU SEE THE LOOK ON EGYPTS FACE WHEN CORPORATIONS AND POLITICS GET A HOLD OF THEM

Erm. I think that's already the problem. Egypt is already allied with Western corporations and trade blocks - such economic colonies and arrangements with dictators are so common that they're considered 'normal.'

The Egyptians are fighting against the effects of the "arrangement."

You may be right - if TPTB successfully manipulate the situation. Point is though, TPTB obtain their support and "loyalty" by holding up the threat of anarchy and chaos - legitimately or no.

You all act as if this is something new. It's happened many times. And it will happen again.

True.

Jefferson's dream is coming true.

Jefferson never dreamed about a "changing of the guard" that leaves the jailers in power.

Jefferson's ideal was a periodic revolution to kill and throw out the old guard. If the jailers are good, let them rule.

This powers that be nonsense is just boring. Some unsee able enemy that causes problems. Jeez. In Christianity we have "the enemy". It a term thrown around a lot. Only difference? This enemy is not physical and is spiritual. You guys are trying to make "the enemy" like that enemy, only some bunch of old farts in a tower of doom somewhere.

The truth is the current people in power are a byproduct of the 60s and the collapse of modernism. With postmodernism f'ing up everything like it always does, people have begin to return to modernism realizing its ideals are, in fact, quite logical. Thus we are returning now to that way, and abandoning this post modern apathetic craphole that we call a government. By God's grace, they'll never be given the chance to get it back.

There are no powers that be. There are groups of humans with common thought patterns that periodically take power, get thrown out, and are replaced by another. Humans are not physically capable of the organization level inherit with the so-called powers that be idea. It just fails everywhere. Hopefully such ridiculousness in psuedo-spirituality will burn in the fires with the rest of this post modernist nonsense.

You want an idea of what's happening? here you go.

Interesting thread. Love daddio also other great replies.
People were always connected but now we are becoming "literally" connected with each other. We can do whatever we want, even organize in a flash mob in minutes.
This is a good thing...
