Crest whitestrips

I put this on ATS but i dont think it would be appropriate there so i'm putting it here:
I recently bought these things and i just wondered if they worked for anybody....and for all those who it has worked for..did u rinse ur teeth afterwords?

I tried one box of them, and yea, I think my teeth are definitely whiter...most people give them good reviews, they work for everyone it seems.

i used that Simply White stuff that you paint on your teeth, for 2 weeks, it works, definitely whiter but not a pleasant experience, I would probably go with the Crest Strips next time.

the whitestrips are also kind of a pain in the ass...they don't stay on that well, so it's best to just wear it while you're watching tv or something. You only have to put them on twice a day for 30 minutes, so it's not that hard though, and they definitely work. I think I might use another box just to try to get my teeth even whiter.
