Yep, they are live and public as of Wednesday the 26th.
We'll see how this plays out.

Today, on the 26th of January 2011, someone impatient posted a PDF to cryptome.org leaking the website content we were still preparing for release. Some parts that are not finished yet are missing. Enjoy the read and feel free to give us some feedback. Our new initiative seeks to bring more whistleblowing platforms into existence than what we have today. It was created by enthusiasts from various countries and backgrounds, who believe in the power of transparency.

Thanks forthe heads up, did not know about this before now. Just having a quick flick through the site now.
I wonder how many of these types of sites will pop up now, and for what means.
Is it just a phase or pop culture, or will be genuinely for the great of good?

Guess we just have to keep on reading and learning until we find out.

Peace

Yea, maybe they will actually release raw info, instead of allowing it to be filtered through media organizations.
I understand the need to protect the people that upload sensitive data but dont entrust the MSM (who most of us dont trust anymore) to decide what we should or should not be allowed to see.

Is this like a real deal? or is it a mis-information machine?

You just can't trust anything these days, these are trying times
