The European Union used endosulfan for 55 years and had no problems. But when endosulfan became a genric pesticide and continued with a large demand
in the market, they came up qith patented products in order to regain the superiority in the market. The EU has even gone to the extent of funding
NGO's to create pressure groups for banning endosulfan.
This is a clear symbol of how the first world countries miuse their power to exploit others.
