The Federal Reserve is a private institution; it's the central bank. Forcing people to pay income tax is unconstitutional. The income tax you pay will pay our interest on the nation debt back to the Federal Reserve. There is no law, it’s unconstitutional, and not all states ratified the 16th amendment:

According to Wikipedia ( en.wikipedia.org... ):

The legislatures of the following states rejected the amendment without ever subsequently ratifying it:
Connecticut
Rhode Island
Utah
The legislatures of the following states never considered the proposed amendment:
Florida
Pennsylvania
Virginia

However, let’s look at a famous case that puts the 16th amendment into perspective:

The Supreme Court in Stanton verses Baltic Mining:

caselaw.lp.findlaw.com...

"…aside from the obvious error of the proposition, intrinsically considered, it manifestly disregards the fact that by the previous ruling it was settled that the provisions of the 16th Amendment conferred no new power of taxation, but simply prohibited the previous complete and plenary power of income taxation possessed by Congress from the beginning from being taken out of the category of indirect taxation..."

Next, tax pie charts are fiction. According to the investigation by The Grace Commision:

en.wikipedia.org...

The report said that one-third of all income taxes is consumed by waste and inefficiency in the federal government, and another one-third escapes collection owing to the underground economy. “With two thirds of everyone’s personal income taxes wasted or not collected, 100 percent of what is collected is absorbed solely by interest on the federal debt and by federal government contributions to transfer payments. In other words, all individual income tax revenues are gone before one nickel is spent on the services [that] taxpayers expect from their government."

Therefore, the IRS is illegal, and is the strong arm of the FED.

So the next time the IRS goes after your hard earned money, like this person:

seattletimes.nwsource.com...

Just remember that the rich can use loopholes to get out of paying their share, like this:

www.reuters.com...

And remember that the IRS is just the STRONG-ARM of the Fed.

Even if the 16th amendment had been fully ratified, the Federal Reserve and IRS systems would still be absolutely unconstitutional.

yeah right..try telling any of this to the irs...

I have had first hand experience with this..i won't go into to the sordid details because my episode lasted almost 10 yrs fighting them..over a little mistake. In the end I owed almost 80K..I had to hire a tax attorney and in the end they WILL and DO get what they want..if they don't they will take EVERYTHING you have and most people can't afford to get lawyer'd up and fight all the way to the supreme court. We have not received a tax refund for 9 years straight.

Like the story about the beautician...they were FOR SURE we were hiding income and actually interviewed our friend and neighbors to see if we were really who we said we were..you cannot comprehend the fear we lived in..it's like the mob was after us...we had to watch every single move we made.

The Federal Reserve is a private institution

Nope, it's controlled by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve, which is a government agency.

Forcing people to pay income tax is unconstitutional

How so?

The income tax you pay will pay our interest on the nation debt back to the Federal Reserve.

Even if that were true, the money paid to the Federal Reserve is paid back to the US treasury, so moot point regardless.

There is no law, it’s unconstitutional, and not all states ratified the 16th amendment:

Perhaps you missed the first line of the Wikipedia page:

"The Sixteenth Amendment (Amendment XVI) to the United States Constitution allows the Congress to levy an income tax without apportioning it among the states or basing it on Census results."

Or maybe you missed the link titled "Tax protester Sixteenth Amendment arguments" on the bottom of your Wikipedia page:

Claim:

# That the 16th Amendment was not ratified because Ohio wasn't a state, and thus didn't get the requisite number of states to approve of it.

* This argument relies on a slight technicality that Congress forgot to pass a resolution declaring Ohio a state in 1803 and that Ohio only became a state in 1953. If this were true, than why did Ohioans have Senators and Congressmen? Also it would not have mattered any way since 41 other states ratified it anyway with the minimum being 36.

Best post ever regardless of anything I previously said.
