From The Raw Story:

Anti-government protests in Egypt moved into their third day early Thursday, with unconfirmed reports of police "massacres" of civilians in the port city of Suez.

In Cairo, protesters "played cat and mouse with police" into the early hours of Thursday, Reuters reported. Opposition groups reported on their websites that electronic communications had been cut off in the city center, and parts of the city were experiencing blackouts.

"Democracies" are beginning to reveal their true faces!

When the government has to call in the army to sort out the people, it is time for the army to sort out the government. It does sound like Friday is going to be a big day in Egypt, hope things do not get too messy.

My heart and thoughts go to all of those people who are standing up for what they believe in and I hope that there is as little carnage as possible.

These people deserve to be heard, and this is only going to spread.

People are waking up and realizing they have been fooled for a really long time about everything from religion to money to politics and even freedom.

I say good for them, I just hope they stay safe.

Egypt is, and has always been, an allie of the corporate global government. Those pushing for 'democracy' in this nation are a threat to the power structure that has ruled this nation for many years. Any attempt to actually have a true democracy will be resisted with whatever force is necessary. This is why military 'contractors' have been building up 'security forces' in Egypt for many years! Look for new security 'solutions' and 'innovations' to be forced upon the Egyptian people, and upon all peoples all over the world in the long run. Wonder why the stock market is going up? Look into the companies and corporations who are going to supply the 'solutions' and 'innovations' in order to attempt to solve the 'security' problems!

Thats one of those lefty PTB terms. The people still have the right to assemble in this country without it being considered civil disobedience although some would like to hang this tag on that right.

News out of Cairo, Egypt, is being 'edited' by the MSN! The military has been called in and the situation is escalating out of control! The protests have nothing to do with control by the muslims, but about survival! Costs of living for people in this nation are out of control, there are no jobs, and the poor people are rising up! CNN reporter just claimed that what is going on in Cairo is a "threat to democracy"! Is she serious! There is no democracy in Egypt lady! Its ruled by the corporate/military/political machine! They're showing a military vehicle on CNN right now via a cell phone camera (I thought that communications in that city were cut off) and the soldiers are pushing it because it won't start! Out of fuel? Weird!

CNN just showed a brief image of a molotov cocktail being thrown into a government security van. The guys in the van were trying to get out, but they cut away from this scene immediately! Its now being shown on numerous news outlets! CNN is saying that the 'muslim brotherhood' are trying to takeover in Egypt, but is it really about that! The middle class there have no jobs! Food and fuel costs are out of control! Its about survival! The military in Egypt is armed and trained by 'contractors' based where? MSNBC just had former secretary of defense Robert Cohen on who claims that the violence is the result of 'religious extremists'! Don't believe him! Egypt is considered one of the most dictatorial countries in the Middle East, as was expressed on an MSNBC news report so, why hasn't the US government denounced the Egyptian government the same way they denounce China's 'dictatorship'? So much hypocrisy its blatantly obvious!

Now being reported that Vodafone was asked by the Egyptian government to shut off cell phone service! Price of oil has spiked up dramatically in the last hour! Imagine now, if you can, the price of fuel in America suddenly rising 'dramatically'! What do you think will happen? Would the US government declare an national emergency? Would this be the justification to go to war against Iran and the 'muslim extremists'? Can you see where this is headed? A 'time of trouble'!

Good point. Let us not forget who Egypt is backing in the whole Iran mess. That is telling.

What is happening in Egypt and other states in turmoil is the affairs of their own citizens, and no one else outside those countries must interfere.

The citizens are the ones who are affected, and had made that choice tor rise up against their tormentors, and is only a natural human right, for there are limits to human tolerance.

Even as they move into the push comes to shove stage, perhaps even without an inkling as to what will happen next, the ones to be blame will be their leaders, whom had failed to anticipate or even been listening to the masses. And thus the result of this human storm seeking enfranchisement.

The leaders will eventually turn to the military or their elite guards to fire and murder their own citizens, in an attempt to frighten the many for none or many would want to risk their lives or their loved ones lives.

It is my fervant hope that those protestors show no fear, for to back down now is to return to a worse form of living and further tyranny. Many more heads will only roll when surrenders comes. There must be no fear, for blood had been shed. It is the tyrants whom are in fear now for they had starting killing their own citizens, and must be avenge before more are sentenced for execution later on if fear of tyrants win.

There can be no retreat for their backs are already to the wall, and the only way is forward to assured victory based on the empirical providence of mass might, if not for themselves, it will be for their loved ones and future genrations yet to come....

Just heard on the news that this is a '...real security threat to the United States...'! Uh oh! If this continues to spiral out of control look for a national state of emergency to be imposed in the US, and soon! Internet access may likely be cut off and cell phone service as well. Police vehicle in Cairo on fire on msnbc right now! Light armored military vehicle now being shown in street! This is a surreal scene! What has happened in the last couple of weeks, the rapidity of the events, is NOT a coincedence! What really blows me away is how the news channels are blatantly still keep trying to 'spin' all this, carefully editing scenes, showing police vans on fire, and not showing what the Egyptian police/military authorities are REALLY doing to people over there, and that they are still cutting away to 'commercials'! ENOUGH ALREADY! To hell with the commercials, please! And now, on CNBC oil and gold prices are 'rebounding', as if this is a good thing for those who trade in these things! Are you starting to understand how twisted and sick this system is? All they care about is making MONEY!
