so can you tell me how he's getting
DHS data on SIPRNET??
Isn't SIPRNET only military ???
Or am i wrong on that ???

I mean if DHS was on SIPRNET,
then wikileaks would have had
DHS data instead of State Dept. Cables.

edit on 1/28/2011 by boondock-saint because: clarification

I might be able, in a couple of hours, to ask someone about that. From what I understand now, DHS info would NOT be on a military system, though. It's very possible that this guy is being less than honest.

Alright, I asked, and the answer I got was NO, DHS info would not be on a military computer under any circumstances that the former intel person I asked could imagine.

Considen,in the mean time this person who interestingly (Great Record btw) on the board of trustees along with 2 other distinguished individuals;then draw your own conclusions.

(off topicish) could a catalogue section by setup on this site so members can quickly access whos, whats, wheres, whens, ect with perhaps a string search;partial & full available in any & all sections?

Well there is a connection especially with the Admiral:

U.S. Nuclear Weapons Complex: Security At Risk
(Report by the Program on Government Oversight, October 15, 2001)

23rd Annual Report to the President on the Status of Safeguards and Security at Domestic Nuclear Weapon Facilities -- Redacted Version (U.S. Department of Energy, March 1999)

Statement Of Congressman Edward J. Markey (D-Ma) Press Conference: Security At Doe Nuclear Sites
(January 23, 2002)

U.S. Nuclear Weapons Complex: Security At Risk (POGO Report, October 15, 2001)
((Congressman Markey enacted protocalls(november 2010) for inspection of all cargo transports)aviational)to be screen be that a box or a poodle that was being transported)

FBI Warning: Terrorists Plan Attacks On U.S. Nuclear Plants
CNN Moneyline Report & Interview: NCI President Paul Leventhal Debates NEI Vice-Pres. Ralph Beedle
Transcript / Video (CNN.com, January 31, 2002)
(Paul leventhal died in april. Also John William Leonard, who also died during the same week at age 30, was the son of Bill Leonard, the respected director of the Information Security Oversight Offce,

There are connection between various alphabet soups so the DHS would be 1 that would be tied into the above & as pointed out the from the list of MITRE trustees, which are senior military figures;imo then the military DB's/DHS db's are all tied together is some way for those authorised to access.

Actually facts if they are,i can not find;but would that be information obtainable even to those that had access to the systems;there will undobtedly be other areas on there that no-one other than appointed members of a security service can access. Its what i would do if it was my responsiblity to draft (architectually) a DB of such nature.

Alright, I asked, and the answer I got was NO, DHS info would not be on a military computer under any circumstances that the former intel person I asked could imagine.

The "Informant" had replied to my assumption that he was on SIPRNET and corrected me by stating that he/she was using Intelink(TS)/JWICS.

So I looked it up:

Intelink is set of COTS internet tools (Mosaic browsers and servers) along with policies and procedures that have become institutionalized on the classified networks (SIPRNET and JWICS, formerly DSNET1 and DSNET3). There were over five dozen official web servers on JWICS as of mid-1995.

www.globalsecurity.org...

Took me about five seconds to get that info, so if one was slick, one could use said info to one's advantage, like...making people think you know what you're talking about.

I am however quite skeptical of this "Informant" though, and have only been taking the information with a grain of salt. It is my opinion that he/she is either a really good troll who knows how to look stuff up on the interwebz (data mining) and can invent amazing Tom Clancy-esque fiction, a Psyops disinfo spook, or used to be in the Intelligence community and knows a few things about how it works and uses this knowledge to have fun with ppl...take your pick.

@Vitchilo: Yea I know...but, don't we just love a good conspiracy? XD

@hrmmm: "a box or a poodle that was being transported"...lol...but this "Informant" said he/she was scanning stuff as it came across the above stated networks live, making notes on his/her phone then posting them using the phone. But who knows, that information could have been false too, giving out too much information about how you get and release information can lead to a way of being traced/tracked. *shrugs*

I interpret this a bit differently. I don't believe he is talking about Hawaii he is talking about dates. He is referring to the Pro Bowl which is 01/30 in the same stadium as the Super Bowl, and says "why wait until the Super Bowl?" (02/06) "when most of the NFL's best will be living it up in Hawaii" (he is saying NFL's best are Pro Bowl players). They do the Pro Bowl on 01/30 and are relaxing in Hawaii (the poster could just as easily have said Miami or anywhere else) on 02/06 when the Super Bowl is scheduled.

I assume the stadium will be pretty full 01/30 as well as 02/06, therefore no need to wait.

oh sorry, I thought he was saying the Pro Bowl would be
held in Hawaii. I know nothing about football scheduling.
I don't have TV so I miss out a lot of sports.

so basically he was lying ???
or did he have access to 2 systems
and only told about one of them.
I mean, having access to 2 systems
would narrow his position down
immensely wouldn't it ???

Not sure whether military or banking is more "evil". But military just works for banking, so yeah.

The only people feared to have chemical weapons were given them by those who got them first, the usa. Back to banking, and profits.

Don't you like being told you're guilty? In your society the warrior is the highest calling. Bankers too i guess, a "good" job. Doesn't mean your society is right about it?

I've been turning this over in my mind. Respectfully, I can't really see that the tweet was a "mistake" or a "lapse in judgement". This woman didn't get to be where she was by being careless or frivolous, I don't think. IF there's a game afoot, I'm wondering if she might have been thinking it was some sort of grand, patriotic gesture. There have been several times over the years that speculated false flags may have been thwarted by viral internet postings. Or I guess she could have gotten carried away even if she didn't have "proof" of any upcoming threat, but I kinda doubt it.

Eh, Vitch, it wasn't a very satisfactory "conclusion". There's too many naggy loose ends or peculiarities. Maybe the mistrust has just gotten too deep. Maybe it's just mindf#kery from a very antagonistic government. Who knows.

Heh. I thought about something like that when I read that
he was talking to a parking attendant about being robbed.
(how often do people in his position get robbed?)

More disjointed stuff. (or maybe it's become typical. Sadly)
How can they declare cause of death certainly without a
toxicology report? (Kinda like the person who dies in a fire
or a car accident, but they've been shot, too)

I'm not saying it's true.
I'm trying to find out if
that's what he meant
in his post.

I'm still trying to figure out
how he got the name of
the retired admiral associated
with this thread other than
he sits on the board of MITRE.
That's a strange connection
between the OP of this thread
and John Wheeler.

But seriously if jackwagon was indeed
the retired admiral then his rank would
give him access to both JWICS and SIPRNET.
Not to mention, the retired admiral is also
associated with the joint chiefs.

But why would a joint chief be in Ft. Benning?
Wouldn't he be at the Pentagon? Unless
he just wanted us to think he was at Benning
to cover his @r$e.

we just don't have enough evidence
at the moment ..... dangit !!!

hey, that's the CIA.
If they can fake JFK's autopsy
then Wheeler was a piece of cake.

it seems a conflict in sources.

only have 1 source saying it was recovered
and 3 sources saying it wasn't.

That leaves room for scrutiny about Dugway

Isn't the Pro Bowl in Hawaii? Isn't this base in Utah? Why do we suspect something will happen at the Pro Bowl? theres 50+ pages here and I don't know where this story has gotten to, but would love some input, update or anything

eta; I dont get why someone would take something in Utah, and then goto Hawaii with it.. thats a stretch.. if its "terrorists", and their last attack on U.S. was "9/11", why goto Hawaii with something you have mainland? If its "false flag", and your last attck was "9/11", why hit the Pro Bowl, again taking the weapon over seas when you have it 3 states away from the Super Bowl?
