How normal is that though? That includes all police and fire scanners as well? If so very suspicious to me.

Of course if this is something even significantly secret, they would probably be using a trunked encrypted system setup locally.

I know where I live I have never heard of them being shut down, I know mines been on for at least 7yrs day/night. But all of our bases around here died out after the 80's. Only thing left around here is toxic waste dumps and a few chemical plants, one that produces the wonderful chemical phosgene.

So this rumor on twitter is from someone inside the base I'm assuming? Thats not good. I saw something on a website somewhere where a woman had contacted her daughter and she said that she could see the Bio/Chem building and men in HAZMAT suits going in with lots of activity around the building.

They just can not store it in weapons form like shells or rocket warheads.
