From Fox News and the New York post comes information concerning Wall Street as a target for the next United States terror attack. http;//www.foxnews.com.
According to the article there has been growing concern based on "chatter" picked up from internet chat rooms and intercepted phone calls that Wall Street may be the hit. Tom Ridge and US officials say they are not aware of any specific plan.

What better way to attack the American way of life if they hit us in our economic center, an attack like that would create havoc in every aspect of out lives.

I hope Fox didn't spend too much time or money working that out.

You might want to add, Major Railway Terminals or Junctions, Power Stations and the the water supply.

As with most unspecific information they are most likely just trying to cover thier tracks if something does happen, however if it went unreported, they would then be in trouble for not reporting it. So either way they are in a no win situation.

New York City has always been a major target for these people. It has replaced Paris as the center of western civilization and culture. Remember, these terrorist are not just out to destroy our government or our military. They are out to destroy our way of life and our culture. NYC is the single largest concentration of that in the world. IMO, it is the primary target, even above Washington, DC.

I agree ,with all the people who work in and around Wall Street, plus the ecomic down fall that would happen as a result it would get the attention of the whole world,in fact if wall street was badly hit it would effect the economy of every country in the world.
