Knowledge is never wasted, and linguistic knowledge can be particularly valuable. Nevertheless, I think your premise is a bit flawed here. Don't assume that just because the US is declining as a hegemon that China will rise to take its place in a neat flip-flop inversion, particuarly in the case of language and cultural norms.

For the next few decades at the very least, and for the lifetimes of most people posting here, it is virtually certain that English will remain the language of international business. It has already been embraced as such across Asia and everywhere else, really. People (Chinese included) who put in hard work to learn this difficult, often illogical language will be loathe to abandon their investments in time and effort. Acquiring English skills has been a kind of "sunk cost" for hundreds of millions of ambitious businesspeople across the world over the last few decades. In Asia, when businessmen from two non-English-speaking nations (such as, say, China and Japan) meet, they typically speak in English, partly because it is a "neutral language" and neither side loses face by using the other's language.

Even as the Anglo/American Imperial hegemony fades, certain aspects of its culture are likely to retain a universiality of a sorts for some time, much as Latin remained the lingua franca of Medieval Europe long after Rome collapsed.

You my friend are wrong.

First of all, I said that wealth is becoming more evenly distributed not between classes but between countries.

Understand redistribution of wealth is not a good thing....it is called socialism.

So you agree that few select people running big corporations should have it all, but everyone else who works for them get almost nothing?

it is taking from the hard working people and giving to the lazy.

For an instance, those lazy workers in China doesn't get more money because they are lazy not because Capitalism is thriving there now? Corporation CEO's are good, honest hard working people so they should get all the profit. No matter that workers does all the job but CEO's just manages them.

History proves it doesn't work.

Present proves it works. Norway, Sweden. Socialist Democracy. All countries where Social Democrats are in power for a longer time are Socialist by nature. If the SD party there is really Social Democratic. Ever heard of socialist country that doesn't have dictatorship. Oh no you have been fed by propaganda. When you hear Socialism. You think USSR->BAD!!!

Wow. All caps. You are really quiet a little Capitalist aren't you.
What do you do per say when dividing birthday cake? You give equal pieces for everyone or do you scream: "The pieces of cake should not equal ANYWHERE!" take half of the cake and give tiny pieces to others?

When you take the awards away, people stop working for anything. this my friends is fact. You may argue that it shouldn't be this way blah blah blah and we all should live in harmony but way up... it is human nature and is the best way to get people to be all they can. without incentive we grow stagnant.

Incentives in many cases do harm instead of being helpful. Watch this video. It's only 20 minutes of your life but it will free you from your ignorance. Even Federal Reserve (The purest capitalist) funded scientists did research on incentives and found out that incentives do not help.

1st There are already unions in China and they often riot. And they get repulsed by police. It isn't something that needs to be introduced to people there. When people see how rich they bosses are - and how little workers get paid of course they form unions and fight for their rights. This fight however isn't something that can be won easily. Look at the history. How many unionist were killed in USA? The blood has been and will be spilled in China in the name of the struggle. And when Unions prevail if that ever happens. To which country will corporations move their manufactures? USA? I don't think so? Is there cheap labor in USA? No. Corporations will move to Pakistan, Latin America, India.
