Hellooo, another person with an anxiety disorder here - feel free to pm me any time if you ever need someone to talk to. I know exactly how you feel -
I used to be obsessed with checking my pulse rate. If it was too fast, I panicked. If it was too slow, I panicked.
I see you've had some excellent advice already - what works for me is plenty of exercise, no junk food, no caffeine, sugar, or cigarettes.
