Oakland 2nd Graders Reportedly Engage In Sex Acts, Teacher Suspended

I really am just basically left with my jaw open on this one. How does this happen and why did it? What are people thinking these days? I am so glad my daughter is grown up and now out of the school system. It is usually pretty hard to shock me, but this is just insane.

n one case, several students apparently took off their clothes and were naked in the classroom. In the second incident, a boy and girl reportedly engaged in oral sex in front of their classmates.

The teacher is suspended??? That is all? If I was the parent I can't even begin to think how I would be going off about this, but the outcome would probably be me ending up in jail to say the least.

If the teacher knew about this and was involved in any way, that is pretty sick, but honestly, I was "invovled in sexual acts" with a chic when I was in Pre-K... except we were under the blankets during what was supposed to be nap time
Kids are not ignorant of sex, atleast we were't. But right in front of the class??? someone should have pulled out a belt and and beat there lil a$$es

Aldous Huxley was a very smart man. It astounds me how much our modern world resembles that of the world portrayed in Brave New World. Every other thread on this site only makes his predictions more valid.

On a more on-topic note, I simply cannot see any possible way that a classroom of children can strip down and literally start having sex with each other without the teacher noticing or protesting. This teacher needs to be brought up on some type of negligence charges at the very least. This is just insane.

Yes I do have to wonder about this teacher. Were they Male of Female? Do they have some kind of pedophile record? Will we find out later there was video taken as well?

I know when I was young there was experiments going on. It is what kids do, but we certainly had the sense to do it away from any adults eyes. We knew it was "naughty" and didnt want to get caught.

In a class room where a child of that age should be safe from that sort of thing is just .... man there are just to many words....

well nicelodeon is sexualizeing children now, so of course your gona get kids havin sex not to mention all the porn sites on the net I mean sex/porn is every where these days, any one who has decent morals these days is seen as a crank or a spoil sport, frankly I blame every one......

Its not the Internet fault i think the children or some children are evolving and growing into an adult state of mind at an early state, well at least in most places, thats how i see it i am pretty sure the kids knew what they were doing.


You can blame the sex acts on television, look at lady gag or other singers TV Shows why are they putting to many sex symbolism in our shows and music?


Makes you kind of wonder to question there TV shows.

Kids have been playing with each others' parts from day one. Seriously, that's not the story here. The story is that the teacher didn't notice.

'Course, I can just imagine if the teacher had noticed and tried to separate the two. "TEACHER MANHANDLES NUDE STUDENTS IN CLASSROOM!"

Yet another case of teachers proving themselves to be complete idiots. The kind of things I've seen happen under their "watchful eye" could fill a book. Half the time, they don't even know anything about what they're supposed to be teaching. Example: I once had a history teacher insist that Leningrad and Stalingrad were the same place. She flat refused to listen to any argument against this, even that the Siege of Leningrad and the Battle of Stalingrad went on at the same time.

What the hell was the teacher doing while these acts was being done.So just siting there doing nothing.How could this happen?This should never happen never.The teacher has something wrong with them if they allow these children to do acts like these.All these acts were done by second grades.These acts were absoultly digusting and should of never happened in the first place.Shame on you teacher
