Actually, the weapon sounds like the kind of pulse weapon that was supposed to have been used in the TV show Dark Angel. Did anyone ever watch it?

According to numerous reports of scrambled or almost non-existant C3I in Baghdad, I am wondering if maybe we didnt already use an "E Bomb"? That would also explain why we are already moving on the ground without the massive air campaign that they were promising...
