Is this some type of Hoax? Reason I ask is the name of the Dr. supposedly in charge of the experiment. Dr. Heisenburg?? Heisenburg has his name attached to this effort in the manner of the Heisenbeg uncertainty principle, where you cannot know the exact location of an atom at any given point.
