Since he's now been released, one can only hope that he runs into one or two of those that he tortured and abused....
....let the chips fall where they may when he does. (That's all I am saying, anything else will just be me "advocating" things I shouldn't online)

He also gets to keep his hefty pension. Yes, the taxpayers actually have to give this man money for his service of torture.

If I worked for the State of Illinois and was in charge of releasing checks, there is no way I would sign my name to any payment to this guy. No, I wouldn't be sneaky about it.

I would like to know how he got assigned to Tampa? That's a pretty nice halfway house. Was it random or did one of his cop friends see he got a nice place?
