An Introduction to Johannes Fiebag, Ph.D.

Johannes Fiebag, Ph.D. was born in 1956, and was Germany's leading abduction research specialist until his untimely death in 1999. www.sagenhaftezeiten.com... He published many books about alien contact in ancient and modern times, and four books specifically about the abduction phenomenon in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.

Dr. Fiebag founded CE-IV-Report, a newsletter for abductees and he also began annual meetings through an organization he began called Project Exchange that allowed abductees to network with one another. In addition to CE-IV-Report and Project Exchange, Dr. Fiebag also formed an interdisciplinary organization of psychiatrists, psychologists and other medical professionals to help traumatized abductees.

I received a letter from a German woman named Saskia in December of 1996. I first learned about her from another woman who also lives in Germany named Susanne Schuster and from Johannes Fiebag.

Both women agreed to share their information with our readers using pseudonyms. Although I have been corresponding with Saskia and Susanne through the mail, I asked Dr. Fiebag to write a short introduction for them since he knew both women.

UFO abductions, including the mysterious appearance of bedroom visitors who are connected with them, are a worldwide phenomenon. The decade of the nineties has brought reports from all continents and from almost all countries, as well as from all of the different social, economic, and religious communities within those countries.

In Central Europe, the phenomenon is publicly known and has been documented in several books, including several written by me over the past four years. I have shared parts of their abduction experiences in my last two books Sternentore [Stargates] and Das UFO-Symdrom [The UFO Syndrome.] Both books were published in German, in 1996.

The experiences that Saskia and Susanne are sharing were remembered consciously. They describe the bedroom visitor - an encounter with a tall Blonde being, as well as a very unusual encounter with another Blonde in a public location during daylight hours. From my work with these two women, it is clear to me that Susanne and Saskia have had contacts with strange, alien intelligences throughout their lives.

Just taking a brief interlude from the thread direction here to share something which may or may not be valid information by an alleged 3 Star General who has given a secret interview which states some interesting facts about the Night CAAP agenda.

The purpose of alien visitation to this planet is one of curiosity and scientific research. Not world domination as some would have you believe. Cattle and humans have been used in alien and U.S. research for various biological applications. Most humans are not hurt in this research and experimentation. Some however have died due to complications and down-right carelessness.Several cross-breed "young" have been born to both human females and alien females. We as humans are fully biological compatible with most visiting aliens. Some are not. More than one type or "specie" of alien has visited this planet. They are listed by category ....this information I could not retrieve. 2. The U.S. Government and the British have made secret treaty agreements with the aliens in exchange for technology and so-called "recon" missions during times of human conflict.

The aliens have basically agreed to not concern themselves with the wars or conflicts of humans. "Not to interfere" in society. Let the governments rule and decide. Exactly what the aliens get in return was not exactly made clear or available. Also, there are special "teams" which eradicate, discredit, harass and "trump-up charges" to control humans which experience any visitations from aliens, or make verifiable UFO sightings. This is one of the reasons I retired. It's too much for any government to impose upon the civilian population like this.

Second and foremost is the influence of the vast mental power of the alien visitors. You don't mean the aliens are snatching our kids? What for?" The general says, "There are over a million missing children every year in the United States alone. Now not all of them have been taken by aliens. The aliens take about 2,200 children a year from the United States and other countries. Its all right there in the report attached to the three photographs. The rest of the missing children are the result of Mankind's Dark Side." "The children are used in several ways: Biological, to educate and return, experimentation, disease study. The same as adults.

This has been a thread I have been working on for over a year. I had skads of research and information on my old computer which took a dive several months ago and being disheartened I put this on hold since that time.

It is a subject which I find very controversial at best and under reported at least. Is this because the subject deals with children or because it strikes to the very core of our own fears? I am personally convinced that the abduction phenomenon is real and that this phenomenon is one of the major reasons for why disclosure hasn’t and probably will not happen for a long time.

It has to do with drawings of aliens made by children who were as described being abducted.

The Alien Abduction Process
In addition to having incredible technology and advanced knowledge in the physical and life sciences, aliens are also have tremendous knowledge in the fields of psychology, psychiatry and neurophysiology.

Bud Hopkins remarks in his books that the aliens can "turn off" a person and render them unable to move. Abductions are clandestine, aliens keep all activities as secret as possible.

Aliens first immobilize their victims, both physically and psychologically, using some kind of telepathic-mind control. Victims can also be influenced to move and do things they don't want to do.

NBC INTERVIEW WITH MOTHER, CHILD, AND INVENTOR
I downloaded this video myself from the Seattle NBC KING TV Evening show in November, 2005. It is totally clean and has no bad software. Yes and yes, this is one of the only sites I found on children's artwork. One of the reasons I kind of with held this one was that it would fit perfectly into the Malevolent alien subject matter planned later in the thread.

If you have looked into CAAP, you will find that there is no real unbiased information outthere, it is either on the side of benevolence or malevolence. Perhaps that is what we will discover in the final conclusions of this thread, however I really do not know at this point as this is a work in process.

One of the reasons for the bias could be directly related to the child's outside influences such as their parents views, the views of their religious upbringing and or social conditioning's.

For instance a child raised by parents accepting of the Alien connection or 'believers', could be in the group who would then accept and even coerce the child into dramatic tales of the CAAP. This could potentially be a problem when sorting out the real evidence and gathering of true data.

It can also give the parents an excuse for their child's outrageous and unacceptable behavior or even mask with pleasantries an underlying mental disorder.

On the other hand, children raised by parents and communities where aliens are without compromise the evil villains who would be shot upon discovery without questioning, shoot first and ask questions later mentality is equally as disastrous when it comes to discovering the real truth behind CAAP.

Missing time is a proposed phenomenon reported by some people in connection with close encounters with UFOs and abduction phenomena. The term missing time refers to a gap in conscious memory relating to a specific period in time. The gap can last from several minutes to several days in length. The memory of what happened during the missing time reported is often recovered through hypnosis or during dreams.

One notable case is that of the Betty and Barney Hill abduction. The Hills claim to have experienced a period of missing time after witnessing a UFO.

Now this is just my opinion, but if I were you I would consider doing a hypnotherapy session. I will say however that it has been reported by some witness's that false memories can be implanted so that subjects *CAAP* do not expose the true agenda.

Did you recall this experience as a negative or positive one in the story of your life? It must have been a very intense time for you and for your family during those years and I empathize with you based on your story.

Really what more can we ask for than to hear it from our own trusted members such as the experience given above?

Perhaps this section will become scattered through the entire thread as readers begin to make self discoveries and come forward with stories which they have heard and not forgotten that left a lasting impression on them.

It can be your own personal experience or of those you love and care about who may have shared their account with you.

Next we will look for answers in folklore and ancient stories.

No matter where you travel in the world you can always count on finding local stories of the supernatural, many of these tales created by even older stories passed down for generations and for various reasons such as keeping children out of the woods and out of harms way, or to maintain religious continuity or to simply keep adults interested at the end of the day.

Although many can be attributed to long boring nights in front of the fire when the only way to entertain oneself and company was through the passing down of folklore and reading of stories to a captured wide eyed audience. People have always loved to feel just a bit scared and so it only stands to reason the wilder the story the better.

However for the purpose of diving into the past to see if it is possible people were experiencing CAAP long before it became something more than meteors or swamp gas, I have found a few stories which may or may not fall into a shape shifting alien influence on folklore and mythology from long ago.

Elves and Dwarves:

An elf is a being of Norse mythology. The elves were originally thought of as a race of divine or semi-divine beings (wights, vættir) endowed with magical powers, which they use both for the benefit and the injury of mankind. In medieval Norse mythology, they appear to have been divided into light elves and dark elves, difficult to delineate from the Æsir (gods) on one hand and the dvergar (dwarves) on the other.

The English word elf is from the Old English ælf or elf, in reference to a midget, themselves from the Proto-Germanic *albiz which also resulted in Old Norse álfr, Middle High German elbe. *Albiz may be from the Proto-Indo-European root *albh- meaning "white", from which also stems the Latin albus "white".[1] Alternatively, a connection to the Rbhus, semi-divine craftsmen in Indian mythology, has also been suggested(OED).

Interesting how the word Elf was derived from the word white. They were also known for their magical powers which in days of old would have been a being with extraordinary ability such as what the reported abductees have experienced when in the presence of Alien Visitors.

Also to note is how the beings were classified into two distinct categories of white and black, good and evil. The Elves beings of light and the Dwarf a creature of the dark even though the dividing line is not very clear.

So we have something to consider here if there is any truth to the old tales, and to how some children find their CAAP experiences positive while others have been put through hell on earth as evidenced through adult abducee memories and hypnotherapy techniques.

Goblins:

Eoin Colfer's Artemis Fowl depicts Goblins as having close ancestry with lizards, which would explain their lidless eyes (and their need to lick them as they can dry up), forked tongue and scaly skin. The Goblins in the series are dull-witted and have a non-magical ability to conjure fireballs.

Lizards huh? Could be an old fashioned way of describing our now termed Reptilian race often spoken of by abductees... Dull witted could have been what in modern terminology we consider serious natured or unyielding to empathy for their victims.

Note: the reason I prefer to use the term alien visitation craft is because we will from here forth no longer stand in wonder of what the technologically advanced aircraft are but presume that it is alien in nature that meaning beings who pilot yet are not part of our everyday world, at least as we know it. AVC, seems as good a term as any I have heard so far.

I just wanted to interject here that this thread is very near and dear to me for I do believe disclosure is about to happen even though it is not something tptb would wish for nor welcome.

We are at a monumental tipping point for our shared global future and if man continues in the sustained direction it is certain that he as a species will fail.

The conundrum that the secrets have created are not our responsibility, but we will be the solution. Once the cat is out of the bag, it will take much courage and strength to overcome the changes it most certainly will ring on humanity as a whole.

I am not claiming change will happen all of the sudden but it will happen, or at least that is one possible outcome of disclosure.

What our past priorities have been will become futile, they will become exercises in futility and yet there will be a birth process which will be felt by every living being on the planet as we pass through the dark night of our souls to emerge like the phoenix into the light of a new dawn for all sentient beings of this and other uninhabitable planets in our shared galactic community.

The earth is changing and being changed now to accommodate our interstellar friends who will share this planet once the process is complete.

This thread is about those changes and the direction we will have to assume once we understand what has happened and what will continue to happen in the future with or without man.

Make no mistake we are a global society, prepare for it because there are no alternatives to a shared existence.

Once we declare our true and highest potential our goal, our new priority, then CAAP will no longer be an issue, it will be validated and considered something of the past and not something which carries over into the future.

In the meantime, without further harm to the innocents who have been contacted for thousands of years leading humanity in two very different directions, we will close the gap and become a one universal type 2 society, lead by visionaries, artists, poets, and meditators, spiritual and true beings of higher consciousness and not dirty politicians and charlatans in beggars clothes.

Tptb do not want this, but they are beginning to discover that they are losing the battle and that their time has come to a finish. It is an exciting time to be alive regardless of where you are coming from, all roads lead to change.

On a side note, yesterday while working in this thread, I had the greatest sense of warmth illuminating from my heart chakra, it was so profound I can still feel it's resonance now.

Probably one of the stories which has stayed with me is the little boy from Russia who claimed to have had memories from his past life off world, he touched me with his sincerity and innocence, whether what he tells is genuine or an elaborate hoax we may never know.

Boris Kipriyanovich is an Indigo Child, probably the most famous in Russia. Boriska, or 'little Boris', was featured in Pravda here and here, after Gennady Belimov, a university professor in the Volgograd region of Russia, witnessed Boriska, then aged just seven, astound an adult audience during a camping trip in which he held them spellbound for an hour and a half as he recounted tales of past lives on Mars and Lemuria, and warned of catastrophes due to affect the Earth in 2009 and 2013. Belimov had the presence of mind to record Boriska's monologue, and within a short time word was spreading within Russia about what this diminutive prophet had to say, especially once the story was picked by Moscow's premier newspaper.

Word gradually filtered to the west via a Pravda article that made it on to the internet. Meanwhile, there had been a short piece about him in Nexus Magazine which had stirred up a huge amount of interest.

On the trail of our documentary project on 2012, Project Camelot decided to travel to Russia to find Boriska and capture his testimony on camera. It seems we were the first westerners to have made the journey. On 8 October, we were privileged to interview him with his mother, Nadya, near Moscow where Nadya had brought him to attend a special school for gifted children. What she attempts to talk about can be very difficult at times and yet she does a great job in this selection of talks where she discusses her abduction of AVC into what she says was an attempt to recruit her into a very old Mars colonization program, one which stands to disempowermer humanity into a dark world that is diametrically opposed to our very birthrite and that of our entire planet.

Just to add a bit of balance lets move on to a less benevolent tale of abduction. As we have discussed previously there may be at least 2 different (if not more) types of CAAP experiences.



Now with the last 2 video segments it really makes one wonder if an individuals expectation, upbringing or background has anything to do with their personal experience negative or positive? Could it have to do with certain DNA or are there distinctly different CAAP Aliens working here on earth?

Out of all of the possible CAAP experiencers interesting the ones msm chooses for a primetime presentation of the phenomena. I am not saying that they are not worthy of respect for their experiences, just saying it is as if they picked less than credible people to represent.

They also seem to prey on the fear factor and the malevolent forces rather than the benevolent.
