I cant really see a whole building but if you look at the screen shot I posted above yours you can see a clear pole coming from the ground fixing the object to the ground (I did adjust the contrast etc to make the pole clearer)

So is that thing like resting on the mountain? If I was there I would have probably tried to go check it out for myself.

Looks like it could be a missile or something of that nature....weird
