Okay, ignorance searching for denial here, why have I seen this [WRAP] in the titles of short stories lately. Is it a club? Are the members posting it or are the mod's adding it for clarification?

They are short stories or threads entered in the WRAP short story/ writing contest. Go the short story forum and you'll see a synopsis of what it is all about there.
