Birds dying all over this weekend! Baltimore, Atlanta, Chicago??

First there downed eagles all over philadelphia last weekend, then yesterday they were dead ravens in baltimore AND falcons in atlanta found without a heartbeat. And possibly, by 5pm, there might be some dead seahawks in chicago!!

What does it mean??

I don't know what it means. Maybe TPTB are reving up new electronic gear for a new cold war.
I have watched flocks of dark and small birds fly over and believe me there were soooooooooo many birds together that if they hit something so to speak the trail of dead birds would be strewn out in a straight line for
a long way.
