Yes, it is excellent evidence, but not conclusive. It's like saying a man was seeing driving down the road, ergo it was him that hit the drunkard. Not necessarily. The evidence is compelling though, and i find it even more curious that the japs are watching HAARP so closely, and making the data available.

There is something majorly HAARP-related on an island just north of Japan (I'm not sure if that island is part of Japan)...per a neighbor who used to work there. FWIW.

As to the satellite connection...most of this is way, way, way over my head, but it sounds like it might be a plausible theory. Especially considering the odd and many times frantic trips into space that have been occurring in recent years. Wouldn't surprise me a bit if they have to do with weaponization of some sort.

I do not get this, first of all yeah sure these satellites and bases are located in areas where there has been recent and frequent changes in weather, anomalies and recently observed phenomenon. Are you trying to say that the Iridium telecommunication company is behind it, and is using it's assets to induce floods, bird deaths, heat rays etc. And im pretty sure that concert thing has nothing to do with it
