Just kidding btw, but I read somewhere in here that just before all hell breaks loose old Rome ( city of 7 hills ) is wiped off the planet.

Think it was Nostradamus but not sure, with all these things happening I think the personally the Sun is to blame.

I pray its not Rome then, and also pray that nothing happens to Rome ofc

en.wikipedia.org...

City of Seven Hills usually refers to Rome. There are 51 cities on this list. There are many other cities claimed to be built on seven hills or less than seven

This is not funny.

I don't want anything to happen to anyone in Italy.

Not like Etna is thee only one in Italy though. There is also Vesuvius, Stromboli, Campi Flegrei (VEI 7 capable caldera, no less), Vulcano (the one all the others are named for...), and even more which I don't know off the top of my head.

See:
Calderas of Italy, Wikipedia, 12 entries on this page alone

List of volcanoes (including calderas) in Italy

Not like there's a lack of them around there to wipe cities off the map....

Might of been St Malachy actually and I don't normally get shivers down my spine over such things but reading this did exactly that.

Etna is one of the most active volcanoes in the world.

She’s been even more active since the 22 of this last December - and last night (as you might know) she’s been spouting lava, etc.

If you’ve anything to worry about it isn’t Etna but the undersea mega-volcano just north of Palermo.

I see you point though, many have associated Etna’s eruption with ‘end of the world’ scenarios.

So, I can hope they’re wrong as Etna's in my backyard, lol.

Here’s what she’s up to today. Last night was a doozy!

Good footage. I was always under the impression that is was Vesuvius that posed the real threat and danger. If Etna erupts I'm hoping the output can be squarely aimed at only the distant Vatican.

One more thing to be aware of, so helping to keep this thread on front page. Just saw Etna mentioned on CNN.
