someone help me out please

I am messing with creating an avatar. I watched the video and followed the instructions. Problem is , I dont have drop down menus , nor does my page look anything like the one in the video. I have no member center tab . I know that I am easily confused but dang I feel like I am in a time warp, and I am still seeing the old version of ATS. Did I miss some changes that were made or am I losing my mind for real this time.

Im guessing that as you now have an avatar you dont need the help?

I got the avatar, although I wont be keeping it. My question is why is my page different from the video. What happened to the drop down menus and such of the new ats. Or have I been transferred to an alternate universe.

That was the old new ATS you are now using the new new ATS. It's been redesigned since then
