I dislike how you give haarp so much power in such a small context. You make Haarp sound like it is equivelant to the death star's primary weapon. I dislike how you still shout haarp with anything and everything that has happened. I believe that the LHC has far more power than Haarp. Haarp may control some portion of weather but I assure you some idoit in alaska is not targeting the Haarp death ray at birds and fish. I dislike how you blame the americans for the problems because we have "haarp". Even if Haarp was testing this feature out, it would probably do it in alaska where NO ONE WOULD REPORT IT. Why would haarp be killing 100 birds?
