On a regular basis I visit ATS and see HAARP threads charging HAARP with acusations of weather manipulation to earth quakes. I invite anybody that is interested in learning more about HAARP and participating in experiments firsthand to check this out. Scroll down about 2/3 of the page to see Polar Aeronomy and Radio Science Summer School. It would be interesting to attend, since I live in Anchorage it would be easy to go back to college for a semester to make this possible. What does everyone think about this neat little program?

Sounds interesting.... I did notice it sounded like they have a selection process to attend. So, if you post on here you might not be able to attend, LOL. idk.

Sounds very interesting and I for one would consider attending if I had the time, if for no other reason than to determine what that place entails. I bet one would be sworn to secrecy upon getting involved. If you do enroll and go, Puleeze report back and let us know what ya think.

HAARP in the states is only one of a few, and its not nearly the most powerful.

That thing is a children's play thing compared to the facilities that exist out of sight and out of country.

Heres a map of some of the public facilities.

Keeping in mind, black ops that we will never be privvy to know about.

Not to mention the unknown side effects of using HAARP sites in multiple locations around the world.

Something has to give.

This is my 1st post been watching and reading a long time.

I see the clouds with perfect rows in them and are parted all along the sky. Grand Cayman Island, Caribbean.

horizontal lower and vertical further up.

Is this signs of HAARP?

Probably signs of weather modification, not necessarily HAARP.

iPhone died, unable to get pics. It lasted a while then all clouds dissapeared completely. It was a dead calm night, no wind. 2 hours later there was a lot of breeze, heavy clouds and very cold breezes.

It looked like this www.youtube.com... Except, even more defined, the lines of clouds were PERFECT.

I wish I had gotten a picture, but that video is the same look.

Im worried as Cayman sits on the Caribbean Plate and this does not look good.

Me and 2 of my friends were in complete awe, when they too, looked the clouds, nothing we have ever seen before.

The lines were also horizontal North - Southwardward lines, then higher in the sky, were lines from East-West...

Does HAARP cause physical waves in the sky.
Where did this physical wave theory come from.

And Earthquakes are another physical attribute credited to HAARP..
Only Tesla made physical waves from electric coils and must be top secret
cause he is never referenced. Weather control was a topic Tesla only mentioned
briefly and never proposed as far as I can tell. Now out of nothing we have so
much power from HAARP it is quite without credit or doable.

Physical waves of force caused the cloud waves.
Some minor weather modification caused by a Teslaship no doubt.
