No the pics are real think the first two are in a wind tunnel the last one I have no idea what they are doing im assuming its an American project but there is no proof that that is true so ?

I can't prove what it is, but I have two guesses:

First, it may be a developmental predecessor of the YF-23. It is very rare that the final version of a plane looks exactly like the origional concept.

Second, It may be a new Northrop design that has evolved from the YF-23. If this is the case, we have a new plane to look for.
