On March 9, 2011 Bonhams, in association with Wallace and Hodges will be auctioning off over 150 items from Eric Clapton's personal collection. The sale will feature over 70 guitars and 70 amps that have helped shape Clapton's legendary sound and rich musical legacy.

Its no conspiracy thats for sure,

BUT it is most awesome news, Eric Clapton is one of the greatest musicians of the past 50 years, and has suffered quite a bit in his life. Too ften on ATS all we hear about is bad news or crazy talk from the tin foil hat brigade. Good news is always welcome to this user.
