Eat some protein.....it's a generic trigger that you didn't get some raw material that your body needs for repair.
I always have several cheeses stocked......a wedge of cheese often covers a craving nicely. If it's a sweet one, I have dates that one or two satisfys as well.

How up to snuff are you with dairy? I know I have to increase mine.

As soon as you said that I ran to get some cheese! thanks for the fyi.

I guess i'm "kind of" up to snuff with my dairy. I only eat cheese, no milk (hate it), no yogurt, just cheese, and protein I keep turkey sticks in a container. That's my protein fill when I get hungry.

I bought a panni press & have been playing with combos:

A success =

Thin sliced pork roast with pickled red onion, baby spinach, aged provolone & chipolte mayonaisse on a baguette.

(pickled red onion = thin sliced with sugar & apple cider vinegar in an airtight contain at least 3 hours in the fridge or overnight.....great condiment cold or pan caramalized )

(Chipolte mayo = crushed garlic & as much of the chipoltes with sauce as you like out of the can )

Note - I like all take out, but I had an addiction to a BBQ place that did only beef ribs....mmmmm good!

What is "Chippie" food?

Yes I have and I planning on doing it again.

How do you know your dog is trying to tell you something? How does he talk to you? And why do you think he's telling you what "you think" he's telling you?

How does my dog talk to me?

She has a head big enough to bash bricks & a neck like a horse, so she has this thing of smacking my arm up in the air with her head.

What did you snack on today?

Figs & wasabi peas

Dream Car?

V12 Vanquish

Thing from my childhood?

A pic of me on my late mothers lap, at about 4 or 5, all Cherub like in my tiddy whiteys, with a big smile on our faces. Reminds me of love & to be humble, yet makes me sad that she's not here.

Shaker apple peeler, egg coddlers...that sort of thing. Mostly single use items, so I don't like them that much.

I like it warm & cold, and no, it didn't make me yak! (there's a dirty joke there, but the kids might be reading this, so I'll keep it to my self! )
