A little mom and pop italian restaurant near us. Plays nothing but quiet Frank over the music system. Low lighting, seperate smaller rooms that are
no additional charge. You can even close the door, in case your "Italian - American Businessmen's Association" needs a little privacy. Know
Food is incredible. They cook with a lot of mushrooms. And not the LBM's you find at the grocery either. Big hearty mushrooms that would be a bit
too tangy to serve raw, but are incredible when blended into the medley of sauces that is the signature of italian cooking.
The wait-staff is quiet and unassuming. They don't interrupt, don't talk to much.
Over all, excellent food with just a tiny hint of that "connected" feel.
What is someone else's favorite eatery?
