Easy. It's a tie.

K'ung Pao Chicken. The ones with the tiny red peppers the Vietnamese call "cockroach wings." I have been healed of double pneumonia by eating them. It's so hot, I see stars and begin having uncontrollable machine-gun hiccups. But when they pass, I can breathe freely for hours . . .

General Tso's Chicken with Straw Mushroom. Little delicate tiny mushrooms in a sweet sauce with the chicken. Hard to find in the US for some reason. I can never find straw mushrooms, either, at any huge farmers market. I've seen them in staw, tho.
