While I don't agree with the above post, the question is valid. What happened to the free flow of information? I would like to read his posts and judge for myself.

Really? well one thing if for sure, you can count the seconds till this thread is closed. think this kinda falls along the lines of "If you don't have anything constructive to say, saying nothing at all is best"

thank you all for your knee-jerk reactions.

but like the second poster said the question is completely valid. im just wondering if there is something the user may have done that hasnt been mentioned or what.

perhaps this is a question for a moderator, and not a bunch of emotional users.

Expulsion of members are never discussed. We all know the T&C's.

Ridiculous facetious jokes, about a massacre, is another way to get banned. Too.

He "shotup a grocery store"?

May your gross understatement be felt by you threefold.

Seek help.

thats what i was wondering.

i keep hearing about his "internet ramblings" then i hear hes an ats member. then i see that hes banned, and hear it was recent.

i guess im a loon for thinking there could be more to the story. specially on a conspiracy site, what was i thinking

And what was between his demented mind and the grocery store that his bullets passed through?

That is some of what I would like to know. Should not such posts and people be studied so we can know the warning signs for next time? I wish I had been there, maybe I could have at least saved the child. There certainly would have been some return fire.

is there some hidden clause in the terms and conditions having to do with our conduct outside of the site?

im not planning a massacre or anything, im just slightly concerned that this type of thing could turn into one of those "slippery slopes"

whats next? criminal background checks to post?

I think he has put this site in jeopardy of existing with all of its freedoms of speech rights...

To me that is reason enough...

I think it was because of his scepticism - It's not welcome around here you know, well not unless you at least pretend to believe a little too!

So, censorship is ok in order to protect free speech? Isn't that an oxymoron? Exactly how does that make sense?

What's stopping you? You can still access his account on ATS you know, just go to a random members profile and change the user name in the url to erad3.
