Really? well one thing if for sure, you can count the seconds till this thread is closed. think this kinda falls along the lines of "If you don't have anything constructive to say, saying nothing at all is best"

i keep hearing about his "internet ramblings" then i hear hes an ats member. then i see that hes banned, and hear it was recent.

That is some of what I would like to know. Should not such posts and people be studied so we can know the warning signs for next time? I wish I had been there, maybe I could have at least saved the child. There certainly would have been some return fire.

is there some hidden clause in the terms and conditions having to do with our conduct outside of the site?

im not planning a massacre or anything, im just slightly concerned that this type of thing could turn into one of those "slippery slopes"

What's stopping you? You can still access his account on ATS you know, just go to a random members profile and change the user name in the url to erad3.
