Oswego put that Bird story up for a reason. Let us get back to the birdie thingy.
1st sentence Dont be afraid of the Stars= something in space
2nd New Bird= It could mean a weapon?, or the "GREEN" meteor "do you see the bird on my shoulder" well in the video the only thing on his
shoulder is the background "Arizona" where people have reported this "green" meteor.
3rd Beak= birds "manipulate things or probe things with their beaks. According wikipedia.
4th 2ft lime Green= again a piece of meteor look at 5th
5th rarest Bird on earth no feathers grey scales= Rare Earth elements maybe this is a long shot.

I think Jared was saying simply "time is". It never started. It never stops. It simply is.
Because time simply 'is', there is no starting point. Thus, BCE can never start. If BCE can never start, then it can never end, and CE can never begin. I see it as a metaphysical proposition, his philosophy, so to speak. He was obviously an atheist or agnostic. I think Jared was protesting acceptance of the norm.

he was clearly somehow mentally deranged, or somehow unable to express himself, i have a theory for why he couldn't express himself as well based on other things he had said but i'll let that lie unless somebody is genuinely interested

It is possible that Giffords told him something she knew, that he shouldn't have been privy to. I think maybe she shouldn't have been privy to it either, but was trusted non the less with the info. Now she screwed up and was possibly silenced because she couldn't keep a secret.

If what your saying is the case, then why use specific numbers. They weren't random, as far as I can tell, and they were not sequential, like if it was a count down of time.
I was playing around with a train of thought at one point that maybe the numbers were a code for acronymns or something like that, so I did the simple 1=A, 2=B and so on thing. Using that idea I found the 961 part of the string of numbers is IFA, and funny enough, it is the Institute for Astronomy in Hawaii..lol

and so; JLL refuses to use the grammar in the hopes that he will not submit his will AGAIN to this oppressive government
that explains why he speaks so cryptically, and why he refuses to speak normally. he struggled so hard to explain this but because of what he saw as the true grammar and the true logic(untainted by the government, made up by himself, pulled from an infinite source of words that exist in his mind) he could not properly convey this message to those who use the mind-controlling grammar
