This does not look like a cartel hit at all...interesting there is a Judge also involved, could be a tie in there that people are overlooking.
It would have to be full automatic fire as most bullets passed through the people, small caliber would not react that way.

Horible incident but one the left will use to come down on Arizonas gun laws.

I have read some things that are obvious embedded suggestion. I'm a Certified Hypnotherapist and NLP Specialist and I'm positive that suggestion is used to influence people. Anyone familiar with these techniques can write an ad or run radio or TV ads with embedded suggestions. It will not affect most of the people who hear or read it but there will be some who will hear the message loud and clear.

She's not a token "radical leftist"...the only (supposedly) leftist thing that she stood for was the health care law and if I am correct, I believe she was the one in Tucson who got her front window broken in during last year's debate.

Reported: 9 year old girl died from a gunshot during the shooting.

Personally this is way more tragic than the shooting of the congress woman.

9 year old killed in all of this, just sad.

Morality is relative. Based upon the person’s beliefs that is making the decision.

In my own view, all abortion doctors should be rounded up prosecuted for crimes against humanity and summarily executed. What they do is far worse than what this person could even think about doing.

At least she was an adult. The victims of abortions are children that haven’t even seen the world yet. I see no difference between an abortion doctor and someone that takes a baby out of a crib, lays it on the concrete, and bashes it’s head in with a sledge hammer. That is not glorified, that is strictly the way I see it.

When we look back at the civil war, we look at it from the prospective of the people that won the war. If the south had won, then we would be talking about how the north was rightfully defeated.

Exactly so. People are gloming onto this sad event to hang their particular political hats on, when this douche bag (hey, a Mod used the term first) is just a run of the mill nutcase.

It will not affect our 2nd amendment rights though. We will legally continue the fight against unconstitutional gun laws, and we will keep winning.

This has nothing to do with Democrat or Republican. He shot the Congresswoman one time and he shot a Federal Judge that was appointed by Bush. He was just killing people no matter who they were.

If those youtube vids are the shooters, he comes across as pretty unstable. Much of it is word salad, but has clear themes of anti-government thinking, mind control & magpie syndrome (attraction to shiny currencies).

You're right, we need to wait until all the facts emerge. I've laid my cards on the table: I fully expect that it will come out that this guy has right-wing, "Tea Party"-esque, "revolutionary", "government = bad" etc etc views. I wouldn't be surprised if he was a member of a site like this, whose members regularly call for blood, revolution etc, unchecked by the site administrators. IMO, something like this, in the current climate, has been coming for a while, is not helped by the rhetoric of such right-wing organisations and people on messageboards etc and will possibly get worse in the future.

We shall see.
