We must tirelessly at every opportunity propagate the fundamental truth that we all can grasp . . . . And that is that we are all in the human family . . . we are one.

I'm an atheist. I despise religion.

But it doesn't matter, because what you are saying here is the ultimate truth. We are all Earthlings, we all share this blue, green and brown little rock in the cosmos as our home. We are all related, and should enjoy each other as only family can do.

I cannot tell you how glad it makes me feel to see this happen. I only hope we are turning a corner.

The Revenant.

Christ died for us it was that message that brought people and hope together in all walks of life, the message was he died for us and rose up and defeated death for human kind what is more insprising than that, a sinless man died on the cross because of intolerance. That same intolerance kills christains today be is Islam or communism they are again an unwanted people.

4And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.

5But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.

When you refer to 'that vile culture/religion', I am assuming you are talking about the US foreign policies, yes?

The immediate comments that I see being made right after the OP is what scares me. You all aren't even just a bit skeptical after reading that article? I suggest you might read it again but this time without being so gullible and actually ask to see the OP put their SOURCE of the story in the post. And to realize who it is that is selling this piece of propaganda that apparently seems to have an effect of immediately pacifying the sheeple and programming them into accepting the next mosque that is to be built will be done so in their very back yard.

Geez no wonder this disease is infiltrating traditional Christian nations from the inside out at an amazing speed.

A simple google search, along with a healthy portion of goodwill, would have found numerous references to this news item ... of which one is english.ahram.org.eg...

Your hatred is palpable and, as others have already pointed out, it is part of the problem not the solution.

and be careful or TPTB might have to invent a new religion again!

Dudes all our "gods" are fake anyway. It really pisses me off reading about people getting stoned to death for denouncing their Muslim faith. # is so messed up in this world. Oh good you celebrated Christmas. Who cares. If after an afican genocide they celebrated Christmas would you guys be happy for them too? People need to pull their heads out of their asses. I just read about a chick that was stoned to death in Egypt because she didn't marry her chosen husband but ran off with one she chose. So stop the nut rubbing and tell it how it is. The middle east is #ed up. Ask anyone from there that moved to Canada or the US.

I applaud your inclusive message, particularly that you included atheists in your message. We need to rise up and realize that we are first and foremost humans and that all else is merely who we decide to make ourselves. We must give each other equal human dignity.

Moderate Muslims standing up against Islamic terrorism can only be a good thing.

However, I checked out one of the links posted and it stated:-

The tens of Egyptian Muslims who joined their Christian countrymen to celebrate inside and outside churches did so on personal initiative, in love of the country and their brothers in it.

english.ahram.org.eg...

Tens of Muslims? From a country with 70 million?

The bombing killed 21 and injured 97.

frontpagemag.com...

So fewer Egyptian Muslims (in the tens) than Christians killed and wounded by Islamic fanatics, showed their support for Christians?

Excuse me if I feel that tens of Muslims protesting against an attack that killed and wounded over 100 Christians doesn't quite fulfil me with the hope that the opening post attempts to convey.

Don't get me wrong. Support from moderate Muslims against Islamic extremism is more than welcome.

It's just that the numbers involved (in the tens...) don't justify the hype.

Better than none.

Listen to what you're saying and then think about how something has to 'begin' , if you're familiar with that word, reread what you've written with that idea.

It has to begin somewhere. How can it happen with none?

But what about ten? Then eleven, then twenty? Fifty , three hundred?

Ideas spread, this is a good example of a peace symbol.

As i say, it has to start somewhere.

SF Check out this news broadcast of a Tennessee Church allowing their new muslim neighbors to pray within their own church walls. This one made my day as well. Also we seem to be entering some strange times and need to come together. Great post op, thanks made my day.

That was a crazy statement. May you too also grow up, and do your part..

Ignorant and poor muslims are targeted by the cIA to become suicide bombers and terrorists. Divide and conquer has worked for thousands of years.

This story is a sign of the coming enligntenmemt. The dark ones days are numbered. We the people are waking up to the fact that we are all human. God bless you!
