This is what I am complaining aboout

Well I usually hate threads that complain about spelling as I'm terrible at it but I just wondered if anyone else feels that this takes away from the overall professional look of ATS?

I think a simple typo can be overlooked no?

And in any case you can simply edit it and remove the extra "o" right?

I think it's kind of humorous and ATS has never been a place for good grammar. Considering I will probably mis-spell something in this post

It's just something that gives me a little chuckle every time I see it, especially if I am complaining aboout a post that is complaining aboout spelling

Only the east coast. I read a newfoundlander accent right away when I saw that.

This is called obsessive compulsive disorder. This type of person is almost impossible to live around or be with. Picking apart each and every sentance, puncuation and word to fit his or her model of what is a perfect world. I would let them slide as they put the new site together fast to make sure you have a proper place to have discussions. Let it go . I like the spelling mistakes . Information is getting across that is what is important, not OCD spelling errors.

It's not like 'effect' was used in place of 'affect'. If your looking to site grammer airs, you could of used a better example.
