Heya!
I've finally made the decision to sign up to ATS, having been a visitor for almost a year. I must admit that I get most of my news from here as not only does it provide more insight than local news channels, but it's interesting to read theories behind it, which is what I hope to contribute to. The recent 'Mass Deaths' are too much to dismiss in my opinion, and although I'm not willing to go into full blown panic mode, I'm aware that the government are rarely honest with global issues, so I hope to gain more insight with relevant information from ATS.

I'm 20 years old, from Suffolk, UK. I work in the animal care industry (veterinary) and have interests in space exploration and natural occuring disasters. Although I enjoy studying Earth based flora and fauna, I've always been interested in space since I was young as my dad had a telescope, so I learn a bit here and there. I also have a growing interest in paranormal studies due to an unexplained photograph my cousin took. One day I would like to post it on this site with the information I can get from her to try and see if any of you ATS'ers can offer an explanation or a good photo specialist as apparently the one my cousin took it to couldn't explain what it was. I don't get spooked easily, this photo has unsettled me, which is why I'm sure you can help to offer a rational explanation.

I love rock music, my favourite bands being Green Day, 30 Seconds to Mars, Linkin Park and The Smiths. Sci-fi movies have always been a favourite of mine, such as Aliens, Cloverfield, Donnie Darko, Ghosts of Mars, Blade Runner etc.

Sorry to bore you, I have no idea what to write, but all I know is that I look forward to posting and getting to know the members here inbetween working and studying! Hope to see you around!

LunaStarr.

Hey, welcome to ATS! There have been many newcomers today.

Anyway, i'm obliged to tell you that after 20 posts you'll be able to create your own threads. Now it'll be better for both ATS and you that you stick with the T&C.

If you got any questions you can PM me... but it's not necessary. Plus, most of the users here will be glad to answer your questions.

See you on the forums. I'm sure you'll fit in nicely here.

Thanks, I may well take you up on that if I get stuck.

You're right, the rewards are brilliant. How come you had to give it up if you don't mind me asking? Luckilly I haven't started night shifts yet, I cross my fingers that won't come too soon!
