No suggestions as such, but am glad you posted this.

I am thinking of getting one, i spend a fair bit of time travelling on trains (long journeys) so it would be better than trying to cram a few books in my backpack.

Will watch this thread with interest.

Question....does the Kindle show pictures or diagrams in books? I was thinking about things like training manuals and the likes where diagrams are frequently used.

Thanks.

CX.

I think I will have to get one too. I travel about a bit. Also I can't read some stuff I'm in to openly at work. It would be tough to explain and could potentially effect my credibility. With one of those nobody can see the cover

Hey.. youre gonna get completely addicted to your kindle. I did.

When you are done with the silly little alien stuff, I can give you great suggestions on books that are much more realistic, serious, and important..... zombie books and authors.

Seriously though, I have 9 kindle pages of good and bad.. I can tell you which ones arent worth the money and which are a great read. If you ever get into zombies and dystopian type stuff

I highly suggest "THE URANTIA BOOK" and "The Talmud of Jmmanuel"

These are the two most important books on Earth.

In what order.. well I am not quite sure. I hope you enjoy but get ready to hear some words in the Urantia Book that have not been invented yet...
