Okay, you win, I ought to have noticed your throwaway line about McCain. But - I did say I wasn't singling you out, but had chosen you as a representative "birther". Who, IMO, are still nut jobs...

Isn't "freedom of speech" part of the First Amendment ?


"Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances."

Sound like to me that they make up the rules as they go along and public freedoms are non existant nowdays.
