Ok, This one is an interesting video.

It looks like it could be a plane but why are the lights that blink not constant? And why do they change colors?

I don't know, if it's a plane it's unlike any plane that I have seen. Had to bring it here to get some other opinions.

Any thoughts?

Blue Light, Red Light, 2 White lights on the wing tips and i think i can see two engines on the left wing at times..

I did not notice any lights changing colour.

It is pretty obvious that it is swamp gas

It Does looks like a plane in shape...but the colors are weird...
any chance the camera's CCD is messed up or something like that?

This is an airplane/aeroplane, footage has been slowed dramatically.
They do have plenty of lights for various things as navigation, anti-collision lights, beacon lights .
Red, white, green are the usual colours I believe.
(though the High-intensity white strobe lights can be registered as blue by the naked eye)

If you could show us it at normal speed you might have our answer there. I'm not really your man for video editing or image manipulation though.

I'm a technophobe I'm afraid I am unable to speed it up, it's just I noticed around the 00:22 mark the way the camera sweeps with the object's movement more than subtly suggests this has been slowed down .

I might be wrong but there seems to be a horizontal stabilizer on this craft, this means it is probably an aircraft on approach-deparure, the change in colors of the lights can be explained as being just a product of lens processing the imagesince the object seems to be very far and it is nightime.

All the best,

Totally useless video, no reference points, TOTALLY black background, no noise..Utter poop.

My guess, a guy in a dark room with a model looking for a few quid or his 10 mins of Youtube fame.
