Ey those spirals, ive bin seeing them to. Its like some pixalation for me, that then starts to spiral, just for a few seconds. Then i think wow focus, and its gone. My eyesight is extremely well. In dark/light/close and far sight

My stomach is also like its constantly digesting, but equal to that I am on the toilet
