My cousin called me out last night after I had woken up to take a look at this light headed over the mountain valley. We live in a small town in Mexico and it is very uncommon for planes to fly so low over the valley. Well needless to say as the light came closer it began to exhibit this aura of red. Although we also saw the directional lights so that confirmed it as a plane. Almost looked like those hallucinations you see after a camera flash or have your eyes pressed in. However we both saw it so I was a bit puzzled. There was also a storm rolling in in the background with lightning strikes. Is it possibl that this could be attributed to electricity in the atmosphere? Have not ever seen anything like it.
