I can`t answer your question but I will tell you this from where I come from, every case of importance related to UFOs in southamerica is transfered to the U.S: government by our governments, either by civilian or military channels, you don`t see it in the news but it happens all the time.

It isn't. If there are ETs coming here, it ETs' obligation to disclose their existence and motives, and subsequently open diplomatic relations. Their craft ought to have internationally recognized transponders and obey the usual flight rules.

This is not a joke.

Given the above, I'd eagerly welcome them.
