Close To Two Million Fish are found dead in Chesapeake Bay

I'm starting to think that what we are witnessing is a sociological phenomena, not an environmental one.

The only true mystery so far is the 5000 birds dying off. After that, all the bloggers, journalists, and independent reporters started searching the web for more die offs. And they found more.

The problem is, these die offs happen all the time, a little here, a little there. No one notices them because no one searches for them, until those 5000 birds died.

So what we are seeing now is a sort of mass hysteria developing based on the false perception that all these normal die offs are all somehow related (coincidence effect) to the 5000 birds die off (a true mystery).

We see this same thing happen with volcanoes, earthquakes, weather, etc., almost every year.
