John P. Wheeler III, 66, was found dead in a Delaware landfill, and his death has been ruled a homicide by Newark, Del., police. They are asking the public for leads in the case.

I'm not immediately surprised that someone killed a Bush official, after all the talk about the regime and their "war crimes."

I'm somewhat surprised they found the body in the landfill, though, and that no one has noticed he went missing.

I suspect that he was killed for a reason, not just a random killing. Does anyone have information on this person and anything that he has done, or might have had inside knowledge about?
