Atheism, by definition, is the opposite of theism. Where theists believe in a god or gods atheists do not believe. In order to claim that atheism is a
religion you must ALSO claim that theism is a religion. But theism cannot be a religion, that wouldn't make any sense, because Muslims are theists,
Christians are theists but so are most Hindus, and so were the ancient Greeks. Those are all very different RELIGIONS all under the banner of theism.
There are even non-religious folks who believe in god(s) and just don't agree with joining an organized religion.
Sorry but you are factually incorrect. Atheism and theism deal with belief, Atheism is disbelief, theism is belief, that's ALL there is to them,
anything BEYOND those labels is something else entirely.
